These Terms of Service govern access to wyjade.com and purchases from WYjade. By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Store and platform

WYjade operates this online store. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display products, create checkouts, process store data, and support transactions. Payment, delivery, analytics, and other functions may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be able to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and delivery information and for protecting account credentials. We may cancel or hold an order when information cannot be verified or fraud or unauthorized use is reasonably suspected.

3. Product information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors and scale can appear differently across screens, and handmade, plated, beaded, printed, or decorative items may have minor variations. Measurements are approximate unless the listing states that they were individually measured.

Product availability can change before fulfillment. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you about an alternative or cancel and refund the affected item.

4. Pet product safety

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, WYjade pet jewelry is a decorative styling accessory intended for short, supervised wear and photographs. It is not a restraint device, walking collar, chew toy, or safety equipment. Never attach a leash to decorative jewelry.

Breakaway-style hardware may reduce some entanglement risk but cannot eliminate risk, and release force can vary. Customers are responsible for measuring the pet, checking fit, testing hardware before use, supervising wear, removing products for sleep, crating, bathing, outdoor roaming, rough play, or signs of discomfort, and discontinuing use if any component becomes loose, damaged, or unsafe.

5. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, normally USD for this store. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors before shipment and will provide the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund.

Payment methods are shown at checkout and can be processed by Shopify Payments, LianLian Pay, or other available providers. The order is not accepted until payment is authorized and WYjade confirms the order.

Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and destination-country fees are not included unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. See the Shipping Policy for details.

6. Orders and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable inventory, unsupported delivery routes, legal restrictions, pricing errors, or unusually large quantities suggesting unauthorized resale.

Customers should contact support@wyjade.com immediately to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

7. Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds

Shipping origin, processing times, transit estimates, tracking, customs charges, delays, and delivery issues are governed by the Shipping Policy.

Return eligibility, exclusions, return shipping, damaged or incorrect items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Both policies form part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where they cannot legally be limited.

8. Permitted use

You may use the site only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not:

  • use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, or abuse;
  • submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or interfere with security features;
  • impersonate another person or provide false payment or delivery information;
  • copy, resell, or exploit site content except as permitted by law or written authorization; or
  • use the products in a way that contradicts the listed safety instructions.

We may suspend access or cancel affected orders when these Terms are violated.

9. Intellectual property

The WYjade name, branding, original text, graphics, photographs, video, page design, and other store content are owned by WYjade or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product and company names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, or violates these Terms. We do not require positive reviews in exchange for resolving a service issue.

The site may link to carriers, payment providers, social platforms, or other third-party services. We do not control their independent content, availability, security, or policies. Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WYjade is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by use of the site or products. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law governing the transaction and does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. By using the store, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers needed to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, communicate with customers, and fulfill orders.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect store, legal, operational, or service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
